effective and progressive Pilates Matwork class.

This qualification comprises seven mandatory units. The following seven units, 37 credits in total, must be completed for the full qualification:

(Note: If you hold a QCF Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym, Aqua or ETM) you are exempt from units 2 and 3. If you hold a QCF PT or Exercise Referral qualification you are exempt from unit 1)
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, however if you hold a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing or a Level 3 Personal Training or Exercise referral qualification you may be exempt from some units. Some experience of Pilates classes is strongly recommended.
The assessment includes worksheets, a case study and practical examination. There are two theory papers for Units 1 and 3 if you do not hold these.
Five days plus one day for the practical assessment. There is some home study to complete all paperwork. The course is also available 'in-house' for a minimum of 8 instructors.
